The Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) has scheduled the second phase of the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League 2019 for October.

In a secular on the resolution of the HFN board sent to the participating clubs by the HFN secretary-general Alhaji Maigidasanma Mohammed, the second phase of the Prudent Energy handball league will hold from the 5th to 16th of October 2019 at the Rowe Park Sports Center, Yaba, Lagos. 

The first phase of the league played earlier in the year in May, saw Kano Pillars and Safety Queens top the log of the men and women league.
