Mainz 05 and Eintracht Frankfurt played out an entertaining 1-1 draw in their German Bundesliga clash on Friday night.

German player Stefan Bell put through his own net with eight first half minutes left to give the visitors the lead but Suat Serdar spared his blushes with an equaliser for Mainz 05 in the 71st minute as both sides settled for the share of the spoils.

Eintracht Frankfurt have now recorded 15 points to occupy 7th position on the league table while their hosts have 11 points in 11th place.
