French Striker Gomis Secures Al-Hilal Transfer

French striker Bafetimbi Gomis has completed his move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal from Galatasaray.

The 33-year-old joins Al-Hilal from the Turkish Super League giants after putting pen to paper on a three-year deal in a deal reportedly worth up to €7m.

Bafetimbi Gomis signed for Galatasaray in the summer of 2017 from English Championship side Swansea City and went on to score an impressive 29 goals in 33 league games.

The former Lyon and Saint Etienne star previously scored 16 league goals in 64 Premier League games for the Welsh club who suffered relegation from the top flight last summer.

Gomis netted on three occasions for the new world champions France in 12 appearances and over a five-year period.

He made his debut against South American side Ecuador in 2008 and scored two goals for the French national team.
