Ligue 1 side Racing Strasbourg took the final quarter-final spot following the 3-0 win at lowly third-tier outfit Grenoble Foot 38 in what was a French Cup last 16 clash played on Thursday night.

Star striker Stephane Bahoken gave the visitors a first half lead before further goals from Martin Terrier and Florian Sotoka (og) made the win a more comprehensive one.

Strasbourg have now joined other last eight recipients like champions PSG, Lyon, Marseille, Caen, Lens, Chambly and Les Herbiers to fight for a semi-final spot.
