Fegor Ogude Joins Russian Side FK Yenisey

Former Super Eagles midfielder Fegor Ogude has signed for Russian side FK Yenisey Krasnoyarsk ahead of the new season.

Ogude, 31, joins FK Yenisey Krasnoyarsk from fellow Russian Premier League side Amkar Perm.

His transfer was confirmed via a statement on the club’s official website

The statement read: “Yenise signed a contract with 30-year-old Nigerian defensive midfielder Fegor Ogude, who last season played for the Perm Amkar.”

It’s Ogude’s third club in Europe having previously featured for Valeranga of Norway after arriving from Nigeria National League (NNL) outfit Warri Wolves in 2010.

Fegor Ogude has 16 caps for the Super Eagles and he was part of the 2013 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) title-winning squad under late Stephen Okechukwu Keshi.
