Everton have reportedly agreed a princely sum of £27m for highly rated Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun.

The Turkish international had been linked with the Merseyside club in the last few months and it looks like he will get his dream move to the Premier League.
He is expected to be a direct replacement for ex-Toffees striker Romelu Lukaku.
Belgian star Lukaku moved to Manchester United last summer and Everton have struggled for goals without him but that is about to change with the imminent arrival of Cenk Tosun.
Tosun, who has scored 12 goals in all competitions, is now expected to travel to England for his medical.
