Super Eagles midfielder Oghenekaro Etebo has sealed a short-term loan move to Spanish La Liga strugglers Las Palmas from Portuguese side Feirense.
He has joined Las Palmas on loan till the end of the season, with an option of making the transfer permanent.
Las Palmas are presently in the bottom three and five points adrift of safety in the league after recording 14 points only from 21 league games.
Etebo joined the Feirense in January 2016 on a free transfer and went on to score 7 goals in 47 league appearances.
His transfer was announced on Wednesday via the club website.
A statement on the website read: “Etebo arrives on loan from Club Desportivo Feirense of the First Division of Portugal.”
“UD Las Palmas reserves the option to purchase the player. He can act as an offensive or extreme midfielder. At 22, he has already been an absolute international with Nigeria.” the statement further said.
