Enyimba Coach Abd’Allah Confident Of Maintaining Perfect Record Before World Cup Break

The assistant coach of CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC) campaigners, Enyimba, Sidi-Usman Shariff Abd’Allah has revealed that the target is to win the remaining games before the World Cup break.

According to Abd’Allah, the target is to record nine points from the Three Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) games before the World Cup break.

In his words, Abdallah told the npfl website that: “We had a target of nine points before the break from our three games, we have gotten three; (there are) six more remaining (against Katsina United and Heartland).”

Enyimba defeated league leaders Lobi Stars 1-0 courtesy Abdulrahman Bashir’s second half strike in the first of the three league games played on Wednesday to close the gap on the leading pack.
