Eagles Update: Latest Arrivals Swell Camp To 27 Players

Super Eagles vice-captain Ahmed Musa and Shehu Abdullahi are the latest Super Eagles players to storm the Uyo camp of the team ahead of the upcoming international friendly with DR Congo billed for the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on May 28.

The latest arrivals took the number of players in camp to 27 as the duo of Musa and Abdullahi took part in Wednesday night’s training session.

Victor Moses, John Ogu and John Mikel Obi are the only absentees from the list of 30 players invited by head coach Gernot Rohr though team captain Mikel Obi has reportedly been excused from Monday’s game but he’s still expected to storm camp before the game while Moses and John Ogu are expected on Thursday.

After the DR Congo game, the team will jet out to London to face the Three Lions of England at the Wembley Stadium on June 2.
