Dessers Bags Assist As Rangers Draw 3-3 Vs Celtic To Stay In Title Race

Cyriel Dessers provided an assist as Rangers forced rivels Celtic to a 3-3 draw at Ibrox in Sunday’s league derby.

Rangers remain in second place on 74 points, and are just a point behind Celtic with a game in hand on their title rivals.

Leon Balogun also featured for Rangers after coming on in the 90th minute.

With four minutes left to play Dessers set up Abdallah Sima to make it 2-2.

Celtic had raced to a 2-0 first half lead through Daizen Maeda (1st min.) and Matt O’Riley (34th min. penalty).

Adam Idah thought he had won it for Celtic when he scored on 88 minutes but Rabbi Matondo snatched a 93rd minute equaliser to earn Rangers a share of the spoils.
