Six-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi failed to tag his rival Cristiano Ronaldo to his entry for the #StayAtHomeChallenge which has gone viral online across the football community since the outbreak of coronavirus.
With over 90 per cent of football leagues disrupted by the spread of the virus across the world, footballers and fans of the round-leather-game have resorted to keeping themselves alive with the challenge.

Messi posted a video of his own challenge on Thursday and tagged fellow Barcelona teammates Luiz suarez, Arturo Vidal and Jordi Alba and Manchester City’s Kun Aguero.
He, however, did not tag Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo.
