Christian Pulisic Agrees Summer Move to Chelsea

Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Christian Pulisic has been rumoured to accept a €50 million move to Chelsea, although the Club is yet to confirm the deal.

CBS Sports reports that Chelsea have made a verbal agreement but the announcement could be delayed until January.

The 20-year-old is the face of the United States Men’s National Team and his move would be by far the most expensive for an American player.

Having lost his place at Dortmund to Jadon Sancho, he is still rated among the top young players in the world.

Pulisic has been linked with moves to numerous Premier League clubs after a rough start to the Bundesliga season, including Liverpool, coached by Jurgen Klopp, his former boss.

A move to Stamford Bridge would be a win for football (soccer) fans in the United States. With ageing wingers like Pedro and Willian, the young American could be the future for Chelsea alongside Eden Hazard.

At Dortmund, he is with one of the best clubs when it comes to producing young talent, but at Chelsea, he would be under a bigger spotlight.
