Chelsea Duo Morata, Alonso Miss Out As Spain Announce 23-Man Squad For Russia

Chelsea duo Alvaro Morata and Marcos Alonso have been left out of Spain’s 23-man squad for this summer’s FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The players were conspicuously missing after manager Julien Lopetegui announced the players going for the tournament earlier on Monday.

They are joined on the list of absentees by club teammate Cesc Fabregas, Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin and many more.

Spain will face Portugal, Iran and Morocco in Group C of Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup.
