CHAN Eagles defender Stephen Eze has been rewarded for his impressive performances at the just concluded African Nations Championship in Morocco after he teamed up with Lokomotiv Plovdiv of Bulgaria.

He was unveiled as a Lokomotiv Plovdiv player on Thursday evening.

Eze thereafter expressed his excitement on the transfer. He said: “I am very excited to join Team Lokomotiv Plovdiv in Bulgaria. Many thanks for the most heartening welcome. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year ahead in Bulgaria and I want to play a part in the success of the club.”
