
French Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have moved seven points clear at the top of the table after Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani netted a brace in a 3-0 win over OGC Nice at the Parc des Princes on Friday night.
Cavani took his tally to 11 goals in the league with a first half brace before Brazilian defender Dante scored an own goal in the second half to make it a comprehensive 3-0 victory for the home side.
The win takes Unai Emery’s men seven points clear of champions AS Monaco who have a tough away day at Bordeaux.
