Newly promoted Premier League club Cardiff City have completed loan deals for midfielders Victor Camarasa and Harry Arter.

Spanish midfielder Camarasa, 24, joins the Bluebirds from La Liga outfit Real Betis, while 13-cap Republic of Ireland international Arter signs from fellow English top flight side Bournemouth.

Harry Arter made 23 appearances for the South Coast club last season.

In his first interview as a Cardiff City (Welsh Club) player, Arter told the club’s website that: “It’s a big change for me having been at the same club for so long. It’s a new challenge, and one that I’m very excited for.”

“Hopefully I can be a positive influence. Every player wants to affect the team in a good way, both on and off the pitch.

“I’ve had some great experiences with Bournemouth, getting promoted and staying in the Premier League, but now I’m looking to create similar experiences here.” He concluded.
