Enyimba will play Egyptian side Pyramids FC in the Confederation Cup quarterfinal following draws held in Cairo on Friday.
Two-time African champions Enyimba qualified for the last-16 in dramatic fashion after Cyril Olisema’s 95th-minute winner gave them a 1-0 victory over Orlando Pirates.
Pyramids qualified behind Raja Casablanca in Group D.
The Aba Elephants travel to Egypt for the first leg on 16 May before hosting Pyramid in Aba a week later.
Fatai Osho’s side could also face South African side Pirates for a third time in the competition this season if they beat Pyramids and the South Africans overcome Raja Casablanca in their own last-16 tie.
No Nigerian side has won the competition.
