Former German Bundesliga champions VFL Wolfsburg and Augsburg played out a goalless draw in their Matchday 30 clash at the Volkswagen Arena on Friday night.

Both sides had to finish the game with 10 men after Nigerian-German defender Felix Uduokhai (VFL Wolfsburg) and Jan Moravek (Augsburg) were sent off in the second half for two yellow cards.

The draw cum shut out was enough for Wolfsburg (30 points) to achieve a club record 3 successive clean sheets and also move above Freiburg into 14th spot while their opponents move one place from 11th to 10th spot as well with 36 points.
