Bundesliga Review: Bayern Suffer 3rd League Defeat At Leipzig

German Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich suffered their third league defeat of the season after they were beaten 2-1 at RB Leipzig in their Matchday 27 clash played on Sunday evening.

Guinean international midfielder Naby Keita and Timo Werner scored either side of halftime to overturn Sandro Wagner’s 12th minute opener thus handing Bayern a first defeat in 19 games.

The loss means that Bayern Munich (66 points) fail to extend their lead over nearest challengers Schalke 04 (49 points) to 20 points.
