Bundesliga Review: Bayern, Dortmund Win Big

German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund both handed out heavy defeats to their opponents in their respective Matchday 34 clashes played on Saturday.

Bayern Munich scored three second half goals courtesy Thomas Mueller, Robert Lewandowski and Sebastian Rudy to secure a 3-0 win at Hannover 96 ahead of the big UEFA Champions League (UCL) semifinal first leg match against European champions Real Madrid on Wednesday.

On their own part, Borussia Dortmund also got a big victory with the 4-0 thumping of their visitors Bayer Leverkusen thereby boosting their UCL qualification hopes.

Marco Reus was the star of the show as he scored a brace and also missed a penalty in addition to other goals from English youngster Jadon Sancho and Maximillian Philipp.
