
The Tunisian Football Association on Friday announced that its topflight league will resume in August pending government’s approval.
Players are expected to resume training in ten (10) days according to a statement released by the football governing body in Tunisia.
Sporting activities were put on hold as a preventive measure against the widespread of the global pandemic coronavirus.
The League is projected to end by September and will give way for the start of the 2020/2021 season in October.
ES Tunis currently top the Tunisian league with 44 points.
