Boboye Will Revamp Heartland –GM, Nwachukwu Urges Fans’ Patience

General Manager of Heartland, Promise Nwachukwu, is upbeat that with new Head Coach, Kennedy Boboye, the Naze Millionaires will survive the dreaded relegation to the second-tier league, NNL, despite their NPFL matchday 10 Oriental Derby defeat to Enyimba in Owerri on Saturday, November 25 2023, Completesports.com reports.

Nwachukwu, a Nigeria junior international, admits that it was painful losing all three points to the People’s Elephant in the game despite Heartland’s impressive rendition of crisp football, a complete departure from their early season scrappy performances.

He reckons that fate was cruel to his side on that bright Saturday afternoon at Dan Anyiam Stadium.

Nwachukwu insists that Heartland’s impressive performance against Enyimba highlighted what new coach, Kennedy Boboye is bringing to the club and pleads with the fans of the five-time NPFL Champions to hold their peace and believe that Boboye’s ‘Rescue mission’ will be successful as Heartland are not candidates
