North London club Tottenham Hotspur have been boosted by the news that star player Harry Kane has returned to training ahead of their crucial UEFA Champions League (UCL) clash with Real Madrid.

Tottenham face European champions Real Madrid at the Wembley Stadium on Wednesday night knowing that a win would be enough to guarantee a last 16 place.

Confirming that Kane is in contention for the Madrid game during his pre-match conference, club manager Pochettino said:

“He’s on the list. Maybe it’s possible for him to play but I don’t want to say 100%.”

Harry Kane has been in scintillating form this season after netting 13 goals in 12 league games but has missed the last two games against West Ham United and Manchester United with both games ending in defeat.
