Barcelona have signed Ivorian-born Canadian forward Jean-Yves Tabla from Major League Soccer (MLS) side Montreal Impact.

The 18-year old has signed a three-year contract with the Spanish La Liga leaders with the option to extend it for a further two years.

His buyout clause is €25m for the first three years and that will increase to €75m for the next two years.

Jean-Yves Tabla is expected to team up with the club’s second team, Barcelona B.
