AUDIO: We Will Shock Teams In The NPFL – Go Round FC Captain

Captain of Nigeria National League (NNL) Champions, Go Round FC, Nelson Esor has warned that the Omoku-based outfit will cause upsets in their debut appearance in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Go Round, who defeated Heartland FC 2-1 to claim the NNL Super 4 title, will open their maiden campaign in the NPFL with an away fixture against Wikki Tourists on Sunday, 14 January, 2018.

Despite not signing high-profile players ahead of the season, Esor declared that his side is ready for the topflight.

“Yes; we are ready,” the former Kogi United player stated. “The Super 4 has shown the world that Go Round is ready (for the NPFL), and we are going to take every game as it comes.

“We are shocking ever team that will come our way, we are not afraid of any team; it’s eleven against eleven. They are all like us. They are just opportuned to play in the Premier League (NPFL) and we are opportuned also to meet them at this level.

“We are going to play the games together with them,” he said.
