AUDIO: Bring Them On, We Are Ready For Rwanda – Ezenwa

Goalkeeper and Captain Ikechukwu Ezenwa has declared that the home-based Super Eagles are ready to take on the Amavubi of Rwanda in Monday’s Group C clash at the ongoing 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco.

Nigeria face 2016 quarter-finalists, Rwanda with kickoff slated for 7:30pm local time (8:30pm in Nigeria) at the 45,000-capacity Stade Ibn Batouta in Tanger.

“We are very ready,” the Enyimba shot-stopper told www.busybuddiesng.com.

“By the special grace of God, we are focused and believe we are going to do our best for our beloved country, Nigeria.

“They (Nigerians) should keep praying for us, we are here (Morocco) to make them proud on Monday, and I think the God we serve will never disappoint us,” he believed.

After the game against Rwanda, the home Eagles will also face 2014 Champions, Libya on 19 January in Tanger before battling Equatorial Guinea in Agadir four days later.

Nigeria failed to get past the group phase of the last edition of the tournament in Rwanda.
