Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has finally put pen to paper on a new four-year contract at the club to end doubts about his future with the Nou Camp outfit.
The club had earlier revealed that the 30-year old has agreed a new contract in principle but that didn’t halt reports about his long-term future at Barcelona.
He signed the new contract on Saturday morning and that will keep him at the club till the 2020/21 season with a buyout clause of €700m.
Since breaking into the first team in 2004, Argentina captain have has scored a whooping 523 goals in 602 appearances. He has won 30 trophies with the 5-time European champions.
