Arsenal Bounce Back To Winning Ways With Comfortable Win Vs Palace

Arsenal thrashed Crystal Palace 5-0 at the Emirates Stadium, in the early Premier League fixture on Saturday.

It was a return to winning ways for the Gunners, who had failed to win their last four games (four defeats, one draw) prior to the tie with Palace.

A brace from substitute Gabriel Martinelli, a goal each from Gabriel Magalhaes, Leandro Trossard and an own goal by Palace keeper Dean Henderson sealed the win for Mikel Arteta’s men.

The win took Arsenal, on 43 points, up to third place and just two points behind leaders Liverpool.

Gabriel opened the scoring in the 11th minute as he rose highest to head home a cross from Declan Rice.
