Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has had his comeback delayed after he suffered an injury setback again.
The former Malaga and Villareal star underwent further ankle surgery to put his return in the New Year into doubt.

The unfortunate news was revealed by the 32-year old midfielder on social media. The Spanish international stated that he needed surgery as a result of the pain he was having in his tendon.
Cazorla last featured for Arsenal in October 2016, two months before having his first operation.
