Allegri Tips Neymar, Dybala To Succeed Messi And Ronaldo As World’s Best Players

Juventus manager Maximiliano Allegri has tipped Brazilian forward Neymar and his Argentine counterpart Paolo Dybala as successors to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo’s position as world’s best players.

Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi and Real Madrid talisman Cristiano Ronaldo have ruled the footballing world for over a decade with both players winning the Best Player Award for the last ten years (Each player with five awards).

Allegri was quoted via the official UCL Twitter handle as follows: “When Messi and Ronaldo get older, it will be Neymar and Dybala who will be the best players in the world.”

The closest either Neymar or Dybala has gotten to the world’s Best Player Award was when the former finished behind Ronaldo and Messi for the 2017 edition.
