Manchester City’s goalkeeper Joe Hart is set for a second season away on loan from the Citizens, as he moves closer to a West Ham switch.
The England goalkeeper has reportedly sealed a loan move to the Hammers pending medicals which will be done on Monday. He further confirmed the reports with a post he put up on his Instagram handle about an hour ago
The 30 year-old’s “next adventure’ follows his Italian adventure, where he spent last season on loan at Torino. His performances at the Turin based side were mixed, as he conceded goals due to a mishmash of poor defending and atrocious goalkeeping.

City manager Pep Guardiola has never been a fan of Hart, and he was quick to show him the way out as he arrived in Manchester last summer.
Joe Hart will be up against Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Darren Randolph and Spanish shot-stopper Adrian for a starters shirt at West Ham who finished 11th last season. His Manchester City contract expires in 2019.
