2026 WCQ: Bafana Bafana Will Beat Super Eagles, Others To Group C Ticket — Broos

Bafana Bafana head coach, Hugo Broos is upbeat his side can secure a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

South Africa currently occupy second position in Group C with three points.

The former African champions will be away to Nigeria in a matchday three fixture at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo next week Friday.

Broos’ side will then welcome the Warriors of Zimbabwe to the Free State Stadium, Blomfeintein on Tuesday, June 11.

The Belgian reckoned qualifying ahead of Nigeria will be a difficult task but insisted it is achievable.

“We’ve had much progress in the last two years, and the results are there, now we want more. When you’re a sportsman, you want more. So we want to go to the World Cup,” Broos told SABC.
