Flying Eagles midfileder, Victor Eletu says they must play as a team to beat Italy in Wednesday’s Group D fixture at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
The two-time finalists can secure a place in the Round of 16 with a draw.
Eletu, who plays for Serie A club, AC however believes the Flying Eagles can beat the Young Azzurri if they work together collectively as a team.
“It will be a tough game (vs Italy) as three, four of their players have already played for their first-team clubs,” Eletu said ahead of the game.

“The only way we can beat them is to play as a team.
“We will give our best to qualify for the next round.”
Italy and Nigeria have similar points in Group D but the former top the standings on goal difference.
