2018 WCQ: Ghana To Host Zambia Ahead Of Must Win Match Against Nigeria.

The Chipolopolo of Zambia will spend a week in Ghana to acclimatize ahead of their must-win game against the Super Eagles of Nigeria next month.

According to the itinerary made known by the federation president Andrew Kamanga, the team will head to Spain for a two-week intensive training before assembling in the West African nation for final preparations.

Nigeria are currently top of Group B with 10 points, while Zambia sit second with 7 points. An outright win for the Super Eagles knocks the wind of the sails of other teams in the group and guarantees their third straight World Cup qualification. A win for Zambia equals point and delays qualification for either team.

Match to be played on 7 October 2017, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
