2017 AITEO CAF Awards: Voting Made Public For The First Time

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has introduced public voting for the first time ahead of the 2017 CAF AITEO CAF Awards slated for Thursday, January 4, 2018 in the Ghanaian capital of Accra.

With the new development, fans can vote online in two categories according to the African football body.

The voting categories include the African Player of the Year category and Africa’s Finest XI.

As confirmed by CAF, voting will start on Sunday, December 24.

For the African Player of the Year category, the Liverpool duo of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will do battle alongside Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang for the award.
